The world has survived for millennia on a pleasant mixture of barley, hops, yeast and water. Our approach may not be entirely original, but the technique and dedication to which we apply our trade shows through in each carefully poured pint. The COOP team uses the finest ingredients, such as Maris Otter malt, and applies stringent standards to its brewing process, to create premium satisfying beers. We are constantly working to make our beers more “local” and every effort is made to find the right combination of ingredients that is unique and complementary to the taste buds of our dedicated fans.
